How do I contact Surgical Specialties Corporation?

How do I create an online ordering account?

For NEW customers:

    • On the top right corner of the page, click ‘Login’. You will then click on button ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’. (See Figure 1)
    • Once you fill out your contact information, you will be automatically logged in. You have now created your online ordering account and are ready to shop in the SSC online store.

For EXISTING customers:

    • On the top right corner of the page, click ‘Login’. You will then click on button ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’. (See Figure 2)
    • Fill out the form and click on the ‘I AM AN EXISTING SURGICAL SPECIALTIES CUSTOMER’
    • Enter your 8 digit Surgical Specialties Account Number. Surgical Specialties Account Number can be found on the top right of an SSC Invoice (Figure 3) or SSC Packing Slip (Figure 4)
    • When complete, click the ‘Register’ button. Your e-commerce login will be updated with your current account history within 1 business day.

 What do I do if I’ve forgotten my username or password?

What are my payment options?
    • Currently, our online store accepts only Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
I believe I have been mischarged, who should I contact?
    • Please call our Customer Service department toll-free at 1- 877-991-1110. Please have your order number, Lot Number, and Product Item Number, available.
How do I change my Password?
    • Once you Login to your account, click on My Account in the top navigation bar. When you are on the My Account page, click on ACCOUNT DETAILS, and scroll down to Password Change (See Figure 6).

How do I change or add Shipping Addresses and Billing Addresses to my account?
    • Once you Login to your account, click on My Account in the top navigation bar. When you are on the My Account page, click on ADDRESS BOOK (See Figure 7)
    • Click on the small blue icon to add a New Shipping Address or a New Billing Address. Note, the Billing Address MUST match the billing address on the credit card being used for the purchase.

How do I view my last order so I can that I can re-order again?
    • Once you Login to your account, click on My Account in the top navigation bar. When you are on the My Account page, click on ‘Orders’ on the left navigation and view your previous orders.

Shipping

Can I ship items to different addresses within the United States?
    • Customers can ship to different shipping addresses. To add new shipping addresses, simply login to your account. Click on My Account in the top navigation bar. When you are on the My Account page, click on Address Book. Click on the icon to add a New Shipping Address.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?
    • Online orders are processed within 24 hours and will be shipped on the next business day. If you choose the free ground shipping option, most orders will be shipped via UPS and can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days.

Returns

What is the best way to get an item returned and get refunded?
    • Product returns will only be accepted within ninety (90) days of date of invoice with a 20% restocking fee. Contact our Customer Service Department at 877-991-1110 (US) for a returned materials authorization number (“RMA”).
